Our facility boasts a total of 16 state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines, with a portion of them being manufactured in Europe and Japan, complemented by 4 dedicated sample production lines. With this infrastructure in place, we can achieve an annual output of up to 40,000 tons.
Testing & Quality Control
Our company is equipped with a comprehensive suite of product testing and inspection equipment, and we boast a research and development team spearheaded by seasoned experts from prestigious academic institutions, ensuring we can fulfill all aspects of your product specifications.
Sample Preservation
Our premises feature a specialized section for the preservation of product samples, offering storage of your purchased product samples for periods extending between 1 to 5 years.

Packaging & Shipping
- The TPE raw material will be packaged in 25kg bags
- The bags will be sealed to prevent any contamination
- The bags will be labeled with product information, including lot number and manufacturing date
- The TPE raw material will be shipped via standard freight
- The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order
- The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped

We provide 5KG free samples (freight collect).
3. Quality Control
Our engineers conduct laboratory tests during production, while the QC team performs final inspections before delivery. Each batch's samples are archived for 3–5 years.
4. Color Matching
We can match colors based on Pantone or RAL color standards.
5. Delivery Time
